Cranford is on the spring lineup of Masterpiece Theatre! I read it last year when looking for books by Elizabeth Gaskell after seeing Wives and Daughters (which I still want to read).

• Why am I so excited about the return of American Gladiators?
• Why does Extreme Home Makeover make me get dust in my eyes*?
• Why did it take months for me (and other parents) to realize that the new school playground equipment was finished? Seriously, it’s a climbing ball that has some modern art wtf qualities.

• Why am I mad that my friend had the great idea to get the kids a magazine subscription for Christmas? I wish I had thought of that for her kids!
• Why did I really wish I lived abroad after watching Sicko? I know a lot of negative things about living in other countries like France were glossed over, but hey, my dad, aunt, and several half siblings live in Paris, built in babysitting is a plus!

I taught ZB how to ride his bike without training wheels!

I have more clean laundry than dirty!

I wanted to give Anna a hug, and I am not a hugger.

I wished I had a serger.

I started watching Season 6 of the Sopranos.

I encouraged my salsa (I hope!)

I wished I could afford to put Bebe in preschool. :-/

I read fairy tales everyday…to myself! (I love fairy tales.)

I found Strictly Ballroom at the library and checked it out. (Reesie!)

I did not try to keep up with my google reader and instead, marked all as read.

What did you do this week?

Mark Morris and Mozart? Yay! And Live from Lincoln Center, too? I spent so much time in that area when I danced since the Ailey School was right behind Lincoln Center. I loved reading as much then as I do now and so spent a ton of time at the performing arts library and the ballet bookshop, too. And also? I miss ballet so much. Hearing the live piano and seeing the performing? I’m crying a little inside. OK, sadly, it’s almost over, so let me get back to it!

• Am I the only one who thinks that Linderman is probably the Petrelli boys’ (real) father?
• And also? What is Mama Petrelli’s power?
• Would someone just kill Sylar already?
• Why are the only two black Heroes (so far) an ex con and a nameless man?

• Molly Walker’s power reminds me of Professor X in the X-men movie where he put on that helmet and could see everyone on the planet, heh.
