Your daughter is absolutely precious! Okay, I found this site through the Fashionista and Baby blog. When I saw the name “tifi” patois immediately came to my mind. My jaw literally dropped when I saw that your mom was a St. Lucian, LOL! I was born in Brooklyn as well, but am the oldest daughter of a St. Lucian mother and father, LOL. My mom comes from teh Hinkson family in Castries and dad from the Gallions in Vieuxfort…I’m in Jersey, have a 5-year-old daughter with a son on the way; was an English major, and really have yet to get into the playgroup thing with strangers either, LOL. my e-mail is ayeshagallion@yahoo.com if you want to stay in touch!
