Fun things to do this week…
- Finally watch season finale of LOST so I can discuss with my salsa.
- Get better than ZB in Sonic the Hedgehog. I used to be so good! What happened? Oh yea, I got old.
- Make shorts for the boys to match the cute dress I made for Girlie. We’re going all Von Trap family up in here.
- Read The Oxford Dictionary of Modern Slang.
- Library, library, library. Do this every week already.
- Keep up my summer journal. I read about this idea over in the comments of WiseCraft and love it, so we’re doing it.
- Watch Dreamgirls.
- Go to the library summer reading club kick off event for the third year in a row. There’s not a lot to do here with kids that’s free, fun, nearby AND indoors (mommy’s requirements, lol) so when something comes along, we jump on it.

Too cute - I love the Von Trapp comment. Gotta see those pics with everyone in matching gear!
I finally saw Dreamgirls a week or so ago and it was pretty disappointing to me. Not as good as I thought it would be although Jennifer Hudson was by far the star of that show. She was incredible.

Tristan gets out of school an hour before the premiere ends, so we will probably be there around that time. For the rest of the events, we’ll attend the second one because of his school schedule. Just wanted to let you know so you can plan accordingly on days your kids might want to see him.
Lest they accuse me of hiding him from the world, hehehe.
